At Beaman Ford, we’re all about getting you into the strongest vehicle you’ve ever driven. However, COVID-19 has changed things for just about everyone, including us, and the last thing we want is for someone to put their health at risk while shopping with us. So we’ve taken some steps to help keep everyone safe and having a great time no matter what.

While shopping, you’ll likely come into contact with various surfaces throughout the dealership that are considered high-touch areas. To help keep your peace of mind safe, along with your health, we’ve instructed our cleaning crews to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch areas, including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, throughout the dealership.

There are many other items that you might handle during your visit that have likely been passed around between customers and staff. We’ve placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the showroom and office areas and recommend using them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, etc.

Limiting the spread of COVID-19 is most effective when those who are sick stay home. We’ve mandated all of our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, and ask that you also stay home if you are feeling ill.

The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Making sure you have the best experience possible is our main priority at Beaman Ford. And while COVID-19 may be an inconvenience, and some may see these guidelines as a bigger inconvenience, we assure you that it’s not as inconvenient as getting sick. So, these guidelines and precautions will remain in place until further notice.

What We Can Offer You Outside of the Dealership

Complimentary Pickup and Delivery Options*

You’re shopping online for a reason. Whether it’s for convenience or to protect your health, it doesn’t make sense for online shopping to suddenly take you out of the online realm and force you to come into the physical store. That’s how online car shopping used to work, but not anymore! Our teams at Beaman Ford came up with a bunch of new programs to make sure your online experience remains online!

Included in these new programs are our new car delivery program and service pick-up program. We created both of these programs to make the online shopping experience a bit more convenient, as well as ensure that you can do everything you could do at the dealership from your own home. We’ve made both of these programs available to you at no extra cost, so there’s no reason to take advantage of them.

The new car delivery program works for those who are just about to finish up the buying process online. Instead of having to come into the dealership to finish things up and pick up your car, we’ll bring your brand new Ford right to you! As for the service pick-up program, this allows you to completely skip the trip of bringing your Ford into our service center. Just schedule the service appointment for whatever you need done, and one of our team members will be there to grab your car for you. We'll even leave you with a loaner if you need one.

At Home Test Drive*

Most car buying decisions are made when you finally get a chance to drive the car you’ve been looking at. It’s your opportunity to feel how the car actually handles and how you feel while driving it. But if you never get that experience, how can you make a confident decision? Online shopping is more popular than ever due to COVID-19, and our teams wanted to make sure that you not only get any opportunity you need, but that you have the same level of care as someone in the dealership might get. That’s where the all new at-home test drive comes into play!

The at-home test drive gives you the chance to test drive any car you find in our new Ford inventory or used car selection, without having to actually come into the dealership. Instead, we’ll come to you and let you drive the car of your choice wherever you want for a bit. When you’re all done, you can let us know if you want to move forward with that car or try out a different one.
